Snowfall is infrequent in the city, and when it does occur, it often melts quickly. This mild winter climate provides a more temperate environment for families, making it easier to engage in year-round outdoor activities. Families can explore parks, go for hikes, and enjoy the beauty of the city without facing the harsh winter conditions found in some other regions.
  • Lack of Extreme Weather Events:

Hurricanes, tornadoes, and intense thunderstorms, which occasionally affect Houston, are not common in the Pacific Northwest. The absence of extreme weather events allows for more predictable and consistent planning of family activities and routines.
  • Embracing the Rain:
  • While Seattle is known for its frequent drizzle, the rain is more of a gentle mist than heavy downpours. Locals often embrace this weather, incorporating it into their daily lives by investing in quality rain gear and continuing with outdoor activities. I had the best experience with State To State Move I had Larry and Gary as my movers. Larry made the initial contact to let me know the time frame and was professional, and also made me feel at ease with having to move my whole apartment. When he and Gary arrived, they did not disappoint. They were so kind, efficient and just fast with packing and moving everything with care. I've never used a moving company before and wasn't sure what to expect. They really set the standard very high and I will surely be use them in the future.
